Headliner Gros Morne National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, offers more than 100 kilometres of hiking trails for leisurely strolls and challenging treks through rock formations thrown up from the earth’s core in a spell of tectonic upheaval. A climb to the top comes complete with panoramic views of the spectacular mountainous landscape and glacier-carved fjords.

Visit the Newfoundland Insectarium a multi-dimensional attraction featuring insects and arthropods from around the world. Eight years in the making, the facility is of world-class caliber.

Salmon Fish on the Mighty Humber River that flows nearby.  We are also a great jumping off point for many other Western Newfoundland Rivers including Lomond River, Trout River, Parsons Pond, Portland Creek, and the Torrent River to the North.  Along with Harrys River, Southwest Brook, Bottom Brook, and Flat Bay Brook to the West.

Local Western Newfoundland Golf Courses including: Gros Morne Resort, Humber River, Humber Valley Resort, and Blomidon Golf and Country Club, all within a short driving distance.
